Day 1 and 2: Reykjavik

Blue Lagoon - natural healing thermal spa near Reykjavik Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of the city. Take a day tour to the Blue Lagoon (tour included) to soak up the healing energies. Stroll through the streets of Reykjaviks charming city center and try out one of the gourmet restaurants for a romantic dinner.

Day 3: The Snæfelssnes

Explore the scenic Snæfellsnes Peninsula, the glacier and the fantastic coastal formation at Arnarstapi. Take a nature and bird watching boat tour among the many islands on Breiðafjörður Bay (tour included). Accommodation at a romatic hotel, Snæfellsnes area. Day

Day 4: The South

Don't miss a visit to the "Golden circle" þingvellir national park, Gullfoss waterfall and Geysir hot spring area. You will be able to experience riding the Icelandic horse. Drive to one of the charming villages, Stokkseyri or Eyrarbakki.

Day 5 and 6: Vik area

Travel along the south coast. Stop by Dyrhólaey a bird paradise. continue to Skaftafell national park and see the glacial lagoon Jökulsárlón where you can go on a boat trip between the drift ice. Three hour ice-climbing tour for people at almost any level (optional).

Day 7: Reykjavik

The many outdoor swimming pools in Reykjavik are great. For city sightseeing we recommend the "Hop on, Hop off" bus.

The rooms in Farmhouses, Farm Guesthouses and Country Hotels can be of four different cagetories:

I	These rooms are simple, comfortable and adequate. The beds are made up and rooms cleaned daily. Clean towels are supplied. Guests have access to communal sitting room. Breakfast included.
II	In addition to category I, all rooms have hand basins and are generally of a higher standard and better equipped. Breakfast included.
III	In addition to categories I and II, rooms have private bathroom. These rooms can be in farmhouses, guesthouses and cottages. Breakfast included.
IV	Rooms with private facilities in country hotels. Better equipped with TV, radio and sometimes coffee making facilities. Breakfast included.

All but the Country Hotels may have shared or private facilities. Country Hotels always offer the highest standard and have private facilities.
