Day 1: El Valle

In the morning you will be met by your guide in the lobby of your hotel to begin your journey to El Valle located west to Panama City in the Cocle Province. Spend the day exploring the small town of El Valle. In the evening you will meet with your guide to talk about the logistics of your 15km hiking trip to Posada del Cerro la Vieja.

Day 2: Hiking

Early in the morning you will begin your hike to the Posada Lodge, observing secondary forest and agriculture fields. This is the trail that our local campesinos used to bring the vegetables and goods to the Sunday Market. Check in to Posada del Cerro la Vieja. (BLD)

Day 3: Posada del Cerro la Vieja

Enjoy your day at your leisure. Read in the comfort of your hammock overlooking La Cerro Vieja, hike to a nearby waterfall, ride mules through the country side or just relax in the spa. (BLD)

Day 4: Pacific Beach-Panama City

At the appropriate time you will be transferred to Panama City, you will have one stop along the way for lunch and to enjoy one of Panama's white sand Pacific beaches.
