Cliffs Preserve is an all-inclusive eco-luxury resort and private preserve located less than 80 km / 50 mi from Puerto Montt on the shores of the Pacific Ocean. The resort has more than 32 m² /8,000 acres of temperate rainforest and 10 km / 6 mi of Pacific coast.

Facilities include 18 Suites distributed in 6 Residences of 4.800 sq. ft/ 445 sqm. each and a 17.500 sq. ft/ 1625.5 sqm. Lodge, where you can enjoy the Spa, Pool, Restaurant, Bars, Boutique, fitness room and conference room.

Accommodations

4 Junior Suites: Junior Suites are distributed within the resort's Residences and are fully independent. Impeccably decorated, these spacious, private suites feature spectacular views that invite natural light and reveal a breathtaking ocean scenery and vermillion sunsets. Each one has its own whirlpool tub and double washbasin bathrooms.

6 Residential Suites: Residential Suites combine all of the comforts of home with the amenities and services of a luxury resort. These private suites are distributed within the resort’s residence and are anchored by a central living room and dining areas. Each includes a private porch and open fireplace, creating the perfect setting to enjoy the views.

6 Oceanfront Residences: These architectural treasures built using only local wood, boast delicate and rustic elegance that reflect Patagonia. Each one has living and dining areas that share a private and unobstructed view of the ocean with walk-out access to the bluffs and the beach.
