GR10: section 2 - from St. Jean Pied de Port to EtsautFrom St Jean Pied de Port to Etsaut the GR10 weaves its way through villages typical of the region such as Estérençuby or the hamlet of Logibar. After Logibar, Sainte-Engrace, the most oriental of the basque mountain villages. From here the GR10 goes into a typically Pyrenean, high mountain setting. In gaining altitude you will reach La Pierre Saint-Martin before descending upon the village of Lescun, renowned for its famous glacial cirque.View itinerary |

GR10: section 3 - from Etsaut to CauteretsFrom Etsaut to Cauterets, the GR10 takes you through the Pyrenean National Park, a place of exceptional flora and fauna. Setting off from Etsaut you will reach the grandiose surroundings of the Ossau valley, that affords a spectacular view of the pyramid-shaped Pic de Midi d'Ossau (2884m). GR10: section 4 - from Cauterets to LuchonFrom Cauterets to Barèges, via the high valley of Luz-Saint-Sauveur and the col de Riou, where there is a splendid panoramic view, you will visit villages renowned for the benefits of their thermal waters. The itinerary then makes its way through a succession of lakes, mountain passes, at more than 2000m altitude, and mountain villages.
